Important Information About Renting
- Each person residing in the property who is over the age of 16 will need to complete an individual application
- All application information is to be supplied (including identification and proof of income)
- Where possible we ask that you view the property - if you are unable to attend a physical inspection you will be required to submit a Sight Unseen Form with your application
- We do not accept Bond Transfers under any circumstance
- All monies are to be paid/received on/or before the day of Signing the Lease Agreement
- No keys for the property will be issued unless all monies have been paid/received
Applications take approximately two business days to process. If you do not supply the required information this may delay the process and the property may be let to another applicant.

You can register for inspections at any time, for any property or by visiting our website. Alternatively you can phone our office during business hours on (07) 4053 9999.
All Applications for Tenancy are referred to the “TENANCY INFORMATION CENTRE OF AUSTRALASIA” (TICA).
Anyone listed on TICA for any reason, may be refused through our office for all and any future properties unless documents are provided to state debt / TICA listing has been rectified.
