Terms and Conditions
- The promoter is LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill, located at 81–83 Woodward Street, Edge Hill QLD 4870.
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over.
- The competition opens upon publication of the official competition post and closes at 11:00am AEST on Thursday 7 May 2026.
- To enter, participants must:
a) Comment on the official competition post on Facebook or Instagram; and
b) In 25 words or less, share why their mum, or a mother figure in their life, deserves to win. - Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
- The winner will be selected based on creativity, originality and sincerity of response.
- There is one (1) prize to be awarded: a Serenity At The Avenue Voucher. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- One (1) winner will be selected.
- The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter (Facebook, Instagram or Messenger).
- If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The prize must be collected from the LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill office at 81–83 Woodward Street, Edge Hill QLD during business hours.
- By entering, entrants agree that the promoter may use their name, entry, and/or image for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media, without compensation.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
