Easter Colouring Competition 2026

Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is organised by LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill, located at 81–83 Woodward Street, Edge Hill QLD 4870.
2. Entry is open to children aged 12 years and under.
3. There are two prize categories:
   • 6 years and under
   • Ages 6–12 years
4. To enter, participants must:
   • Colour in the official competition colouring page, and
   • Ensure the entry details on page 2 are completed by a parent or guardian.
5. Completed entries must be returned to LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill, 81–83 Woodward Street, Edge Hill by 5:00pm AEST Friday 27 March 2026.
6. Only one entry per child will be accepted.
7. Entries must be submitted in person at the LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill office during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm).
8. Winners will be selected based on creativity and colouring effort.
9. One winner will be selected from each category.
10. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email on Wednesday 1 April 2026 using the parent/guardian contact details provided on the entry form.
11. Prizes must be collected from the LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill office at 81–83 Woodward Street, Edge Hill  during business hours.  
12. By entering the competition, the parent/guardian agrees that LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill may photograph or share the winning entries on social media and marketing materials.
13. No cash alternative will be offered for prizes.
14. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
